We knew this one was coming. We hated to see this one go on the market. A close friend of Cheryl named Elsie lived in it. She passes away a few months ago. While her death was not totally unexpected, it did happen much sooner then anyone thought it would. The three of us were on the complex's landscape committee for a few years. We also would take car of her cat Sweety during Elsie's vacations. Her children have been slowly packing her things to get the home ready to sell. This is a very nice house. Very clean and well maintained with a great floor plan for a single person or a couple with out children. We noticed the Sales Flyer was put out on Mother's day (5/14). $570,000.00 UPDATED #2: Cheryl talked with Elsie's daughter today (07/17/06) and she reports the house sold for $540,000.00 sometime during the first week of July. It was on the market about 7 or 8 weeks. UPDATED #3: The paper on 08/26/06 confirmed the final sales price was $540,000.00.
